M3i Total Body Trainer
WHOLE-BODY TRAINING, OPTIMIZED
The M3i TBT came about because our athletic customers needed a bike with an upper body component that would hold up to the rigors of athletic performance. We designed a bike built on the sound platform of the proven M3i. The M3i Total Body Trainer is perfect for those seeking a full body workout, allowing them to train upper and lower body at the same time or independently, or even perform single limb rehabilitative movements. Keiser Integrated Technology allows the coach to monitor each athlete’s performance while on the bike in real time on a smartphone or tablet and retain the data to monitor progress.

Frequently asked questions
I'm having trouble deciding between an M3(i) cycle and the M3(i) Total Body Trainer. Is the M3 Total Body Trainer very different from a spin cycle?
The Total Body Trainer comes with a wider, more cushioned seat to make your dynamic exercise as comfortable as possible. Our Total body Trainer also includes clipless/strapless pedals, ensuring a safer way to get your total body workout. In addition, many exercise options open up with the Total Body Trainer:
Burn more calories, faster, by engaging in an upper and lower body workout!
Isolate the upper body by placing your feet on the stationary foot pegs!
Looking for just a lower body workout? Rest your hands on the arms for balance and focus on just pedaling!
You can also use the Total Body Trainer for rehabilitation/physical therapy.
Working harder with your upper body means less strain for your lower body, use your arms to ease your knees/hips/ankles through the exercise movement as needed and visa-versa!
Is the M3 Total Body Trainer different from similar machines that I've seen?
Very different. Aside from being manufactured in the Unites States, our M3 TotalBody Trainer uses the same magnetic resistance system as our award winning M3,rather than use air or friction resistance like similar cardio machines. Thismeans you have the same whisper quiet ride and low-maintenance needs as ourpopular M Series cycles, with the addition of a far more aggressive cardioworkout.
What muscle groups are worked with the Total Body Trainer?
TheTotal Body Trainer can work nearly every muscle group of the arms, legs, upperand lower back, and core.
Is the Total Body Trainer compatible with the media tray?
